Ayutrika Herbals crafts botanical preparations using classical Ayurvedic and Siddha traditions under the supervision of qualified Ayush doctors. We take diligent care to describe formulation ingredients, net weight, dosage guidelines, and traditional botanical uses accurately. Botanical formulations are natural products; slight seasonal variations in aroma, color density, and viscosity are intrinsic hallmarks of pure cold-pressed botanical extractions.
7. Product Availability
All products and ritual kits displayed on the website are subject to seasonal botanical availability. Due to our artisanal slow-infusion methods and batch-curing practices, certain preparations may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue formulations at any time without prior notice.
8. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise explicitly specified. While we make every endeavor to ensure pricing accuracy, clerical or typographical errors may occasionally occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, Ayutrika Herbals reserves the right to cancel or decline orders placed at that incorrect price.
9. Taxes
Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) is calculated and clearly itemized at checkout in accordance with prevailing Indian statutory tax regulations. Invoices displaying our valid GST identification number are provided with all delivered consignments.
10. Orders
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected formulations. Ayutrika Herbals reserves the right to accept, decline, or limit your order for any legitimate commercial reason, including inventory shortages, suspicion of fraudulent activity, or geographic delivery constraints.
11. Order Confirmation
Upon successfully completing an order, you will receive an automated electronic order confirmation containing your order number, itemized products, billing details, and shipping address. This confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order; our acceptance is confirmed when the consignment is formally dispatched.
12. Cancellation
Patrons may request cancellation of an order prior to packaging and dispatch by contacting our concierge desk at support@ayutrikaherbals.com. Once an order has been packaged or handed over to our courier logistics partners, cancellations can no longer be processed.
13. Shipping
We ship across serviceable postal pin codes throughout India using reputable express courier services. Standard dispatch typically occurs within 24 to 48 business hours following order verification. Applicable shipping fees are computed and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.
14. Delivery
Estimated delivery timeframes range from 3 to 7 business days depending on destination proximity and local logistical conditions. Deliveries are executed to the physical shipping address provided during checkout. The patron or an authorized recipient must be present to receive the parcel.
15. Delivery Delays
While we partner with premier logistics carriers to meet delivery estimates, Ayutrika Herbals is not liable for unforeseen delays caused by adverse weather, natural calamities, regional transport strikes, regulatory inspections, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
16. Returns
Due to strict hygiene, quality control, and safety considerations governing topical herbal wellness preparations, opened or unsealed bottles and jars cannot be accepted for return. Unopened products in their original, undamaged secondary packaging with safety seals intact may be considered for return within 7 calendar days of receipt.
17. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used during checkout within 5 to 7 banking days following inspection and validation of the returned item by our quality assurance desk. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
18. Exchanges
Product exchanges are granted solely in cases where an incorrect formulation or damaged package was received. Requests for exchanges must be registered with photographic evidence within 48 hours of parcel delivery.
19. Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives with physical leakage or transit damage, please document the outer carton, tracking label, and damaged inner bottle immediately. Send high-resolution photographs to support@ayutrikaherbals.com within 48 hours of delivery for prompt replacement without additional expense.
20. Product Usage
Ayutrika Herbals formulations are designed for external topical wellness and traditional self-care rituals. Customers are advised to conduct a 24-hour patch test on a small area of skin (such as the inner forearm) prior to full scalp or facial application. If sensitivity or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult your healthcare practitioner.
21. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to use this platform exclusively for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to upload harmful scripts, attempt unauthorized server intrusion, misrepresent your identity, or use robotic data extraction tools on any portion of the Ayutrika Herbals website.
22. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, trade names, brand logos (including the Ayutrika Herbals lotus brand mark), formulation names, proprietary text, product descriptions, graphic assets, typography, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ayutrika Herbals. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited under Indian intellectual property laws.

All editorial content, blog articles, classical Ayurvedic commentary, and botanical profiles published on this platform are provided for informational, cultural, and educational enrichment. 24. Third-Party Services

26. Payment Processing
Online payments (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets) are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit encryption. Ayutrika Herbals never captures, stores, or handles patrons' complete credit card numbers or banking passwords.
27. Promotions
Promotional codes, seasonal vouchers, and celebratory offers are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with other concurrent promotional campaigns unless explicitly designated. We reserve the right to modify or terminate promotional campaigns at our sole discretion.
28. Reviews and User Content
When submitting product reviews or testimonials, patrons grant Ayutrika Herbals a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to display, publish, and moderate the submitted review across our platforms. We reserve the right to remove defamatory, vulgar, fraudulent, or abusive reviews.

35. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, our products, or website usage shall be resolved primarily through good-faith mutual negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
